For the specific structure of the leadership training possible associations between the exposure and experience in the leadership of the police from the perspective of managers and officials have been studied in detail without leadership. For the representation of the stress and leadership experience could be evaluated data from 220 police executives and 224 non-management police officers. The results show that a specific training of leadership behavior toward a friendlyactivating leadership style seems sensible enough to affect the stress experience of police officers favorable.
