Abstract:
As part of a cyberpsychological project on use-specific stress factors for highly specialized IT personnel (hITP) within the Military and Police, an overview was given of job-specific features of the IT area including relevant research directions. In the context of the selection, gravitation and socialization theories, the contents were discussed in a practice-relevant and forward-looking manner.
